Located in Montagnac-Montpezat, ideally situated between four lakes (Saint-Croix du Verdon, Esparron de Verdon, Montpezat, and Quinson) and the Verdon Gorge canyon, this 70 m² country house comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. You’ll have two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker. The house is on one level, with no steps inside or outside. Enjoy your own TV and private barbecue. Shared toys and books for children and a playground are available. Outdoors, relax in the garden or on one of the two private terraces, perfect for outdoor dining or gathering. One terrace is shaded by an old walnut tree and pine grove. Built traditionally on a north-facing slope, the house stays cool and dry even in summer heat. A shared parking space is available on site. Pets are welcome—one per stay (except category 1 or 2 dogs or dogs trained to bite). The pet remains under the owner's responsibility and must be sociable, as the family home has 3 cats. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. The host lives on site, but there is no direct view between your accommodation and the host’s home. Only the property entrance and parking areas are shared. Access by car is recommended due to the unpaved road leading to the property.
